This website (sanjaywedspriya.com) is the personal wedding website of Priya Mallikarjuna and Sanjay Kapoor. It exists for one purpose: to share our wedding details with the guests we have personally invited, and to collect their RSVPs.
What we collect
When you RSVP, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the number of guests in your party, the events you plan to attend, and any optional notes, dietary details, or song requests. If you upload a photo or sign the guestbook, we collect that too.
How we use it
Solely to plan and host our wedding: confirming your RSVP, planning seating and catering, and sending you wedding-related updates by email or text message. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messages
If you provided your phone number to us, we may send you wedding-related text messages (your invitation, RSVP confirmations, and occasional logistics reminders). Message frequency is low. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who else touches the data
Only the service providers that run this site on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database), Twilio (text messages), and Resend (email). Each receives only what it needs to deliver its service. No guest information is shared with anyone else.
Your choices
You can update your RSVP anytime before August 31, 2026 by returning to the site. If you would like your information corrected or deleted, just ask us and we will take care of it.
